Here’s the story…

I Wanted To Get Big!

I’ve always been into sports…

Even as a kid I would always be playing baseball, basketball and touch football with the other kids in the neighborhood.

And I was naturally hyper (it used to drive my parents nuts!)

And even though I ate everything in sight, I never gained an ounce of weight. I guess I had a fast metabolism.

But after college I decided I was tired of the way I looked…

My girlfriend weighed more than me (and used to tell me they wish they could be as “skinny as me!” which only made it more embarrassing)…

I Started Lifting Weights

That’s when I stopped just being a casual “fitness enthusiast” and started lifting weights pretty seriously.

I also ate even more food, up to 6 meals a day and drank lots of milk.

I put in a lot of work and only gained a couple of pounds.

While it was ok… I was really curious about all those vitamins and supplements you see advertised everywhere that promise to help athletes build muscle (and some also help you lose weight)…

I thought to myself… Could they really work?

How I Became a Supplement Expert!

Ok, I’m not really a supplement expert… but that’s what all my friends and family think.

Because (for better or worse) I got obsessed with finding out everything I could about vitamins, supplements, and herbal remedies.

Anything that was a pill or a powder and claimed to have health benefits… I wanted to know about!

I devoured every website on the internet about vitamins and supplements (a good place to start).

I got some magazines, some books, and read all the research articles on what actually works and what doesn’t.

Here's what I found out...

Some Work… And Others Are A Waste Of Money!

Some vitamins and supplements work EXTREMELY well to better your health… or help you reach your fitness goals (if that’s why you’re using them)…

And others don’t work as well.

The key is in knowing what to look for…

What specific things could tip you off that a supplement works… and what you should look out for that would tell you it’s a total scam.

And you don't need to know a lot of stuff. You don’t have to be a “supplement expert” or a doctor.

That's the big secret.

I searched and searched for a good simple guide to vitamins and supplements.
