Is Your Bread Slowly Killing You?
It's sad how few people know what is actually done or added to the bread they put in their mouths.
They eat this bread everyday, and it causes them to gain weight, and get unhealthier and unhealthier despite any exercising or other "healthy practices" they might do...but they never make the connection.
Why is store bought bread unhealthy?
Because, starting in the mid 1950's, bakeries and bread producing factories started adding artificial sweeteners, hydrogenated oils, emulsifiers, and other harmful additives to the bread they produced.
They also replaced whole wheat flour in bread with bleached, enriched white flour.
White flour is made by bleaching then sterilizing the grain with chemicals to make it white and soft. This process destroys almost all vitamins, and minerals (the "good stuff") so next they try to "enrich" the grain with the same vitamins, minerals they destroyed in the first place.
Do you see how ridiculous this is? Worse, it's harmful to your health!
Despite what these bread producers may tell you on their labels, trying to “enrich” flour with the very nutrients they removed from it, does not make it even half as healthy as the natural unrefined version.
In fact the chemicals they use in the sterilizing and bleaching process make it HARMFUL to you!
You may think then, that the solution to your problems would be to buy whole wheat bread, and avoid white bread completely.
NOT AT ALL!
